Follow Weekend

Roasted butternut pumpkin

Season for pumpkins is one of my favourite seasons. I love taste of pumpkin cakes, muffins, soups. Powerful orange colour of pumpkins gives me extra positive energy for a day. Since I had a chance yesterday to buy a wonderful butternut pumpkin directly from a farm, today I would like to share with you a recipe for roasted pumpkin. Perfect meal for two people- great lunch idea.
