Follow Weekend I

I love Saturdays... especially the mornings. It is the perfect time for a long run. Running gives me a lot of positive energy and helps to burn the calories. I am in paradise. My mind is clear. I can forget about all the stressful situations and problems. Really soon, I will write more about my training schedule and about positive aspects of running.

After the run (you know that feeling if you are training) I just deserve for my full of good calories breakfast. Today green sandwiches. I will consume around 277 calories( I am sharing this prepared portion with my friend), but after 8km of intensive workout it's like nothing.
