Pick a good snack



Snack is a small portion of food eaten between regular meals. 
You know that feeling? Imagine yourself, it is 4-5 p.m. and your body wants again something. It is your rubbling stomach ....
The best solution is a small snack. 

To be honest I like pick some food during my work. And small bowl full of goodies is making me hold on. Especially that I am sure I will not put on weight. The snacks which I am choosing,  give me high nutritional value and stimulate positive thinking. 
For me the most important is to choose smart portion. My favourites snacks  are  crunchy and delicious cashew nuts and  goji berry, also called the wolf berry.
When I do not  have time for a good lunch or breakfast, I like to pick some cashews. They are high in calories. Believe me 100 g of nuts provide 553 calories.But  if  you pick  this nuts you will provide to your body vitamins (vitamins B5, B-6, B-1), minerals (manganese, potassium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium), soluble dietary fibre. * I like them because a few of them helps me to survive until another correct meal.
My other favourite snack is goji berry. This fruits are like SUPER HEROES. They will provide to your body all essential amino acids, proteins, vitamin C. Ohhh sorry how I could forget to inform you that they are boasting 15 times the amount of iron found in spinach. They are awesome. But you have to take care and read information from where goji berries are come from. Buy only this ones from reputable source. Why I am writing about it? Because some of them are from commercial growing parts of China... they can contain harmful ingredients (pesticides).  Just read labels. :) **
